Our strong after baby postnatal sessions are designed to help new mums rebuild confidence, strength and movement safely after birth. Whether you’re a few weeks or several months postpartum, these sessions support you in returning to exercise at the right pace for your body.
All delivered at ChickBox, Eastbourne, a calm, friendly and judgement free space where you can safely move, recover and connect with other like-minded mums.

It depends on your birth and recovery. Many women can begin gentle movement (like walking and breathing work) within days, but structured exercise is usually recommended after your 6-week check (or later for C-sections), with medical clearance. You will have a full consultation before you start, so we can get to know you and safely personalise your post natal training with us.
Yes, but it needs to be approached properly. Our trained coaches will support you to rebuild strength, focusing on core connection and working with the breath.
Recovery is longer and needs more care. You’ll need to rebuild core strength and respect the healing of the scar tissue. progress gradually and listen to your body.
When you’re ready to join regular sessions, you won’t be starting from scratch, you’ll already have the strength, core connection, and confidence to train safely and keep progressing.
When you’re ready, you can naturally continue your journey within our community, progressing into our regular Small Group PT sessions at the right time for you (over 40 classes available each week)
Yes, these sessions are built with babies in mind. No stress if they cry, feed, or need you mid-session.
You’ll feel better before you see it, more energy, more control, more confidence. The physical changes follow. Every woman is different, though, so your timeline will be your own, this isn’t a race, it’s about rebuilding properly and feeling good in your body again.
No problem at all. This is a rolling monthly membership, so you can cancel at any time. We know life with a baby is unpredictable, no pressure, no long-term commitment, just support when you need it.
